Albert Handell Workshop
One of America’s finest artists Albert Handell thought for us a 4-day outdoor painting workshop. Albert at age 75 is one of the few painters that still teaches outdoors which we all know is the best way to improve your landscape works. He did demonstrations each day, which was just amazing to watch.

Getting together with some great friends
Just having a great time in Tucson. I had a blast this week with Ray Roberts,Ken Backhaus,Phil Starke, George Strickland and Gabor Svagrik. The weather was kind to us and these guys painted some great pieces.

Ned Mueller Workshop
Ned Mueller had a great workshop with us. He showed the student how to simplify the human head so they don’t get lost in the detail. Ned also talked about color and light as to how both affect the form. His is a signature member at the Plein Air Painters of America. With over 50 years of experience he made it look easy and the students learned a lot which helped them in their own journey.
